Jock B. West

About Jock: 

Jock was born in Billings, Montana. He graduated from Senior High School. For his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of Washington. He graduated from Washington with a degree in business in 1974.

After graduation Jock returned to Missoula, Montana were he attended the University of Montana for Law school. Jock graduated from there in 1977. Upon completion of his legal studies, he moved to Helena to clerk for the Honorable Paul Hatfield at the Montana Supreme Court in 1977. 

Following his time with the Montana Supreme Court, he returned to Billings where he prosecuted on behalf of Yellowstone County. In 1982, he started West Law Firm. P.C. in Billings. With the exception of a one year appointment as a special Prosecutor for Big Horn County in 1983, he has run his office and raised his family from there.
